Shipments

1.-Orders are processed within a maximum of 24 working hours after purchase. This means preparing the contents of the package for delivery to the transport company. Orders take between 2 and 5 days to arrive on working days. Orders are normally sent by Correos. If finally the delivery could not be carried out due to causes beyond the control of the transport company, the order will be returned to MYB ORIGINALS, where we will have it at your disposal to request a new shipment.

SHIPPING PRICES:

Spain (except Canary Islands)

6.50€ for orders under 350€.

4.50€ for orders of an amount equal to or greater than 350€.

Canary Islands

Fixed shipping rate of 25€.

Europe

Fixed shipping rate of 15€.

3.-In case the delivery is outside Spain, we cannot guarantee the delivery time (2-5 working days) due to possible delays.

Please write to us if you wish to place an order outside Europe. Important: sometimes, in general, international shipments outside Europe may involve additional taxes and fees, which in any case will be the responsibility of the buyer, regardless of the country of destination.

4.- If you wish to make any changes to the delivery address once the order has been placed, it is essential that you inform us as soon as possible. Once the package has been sent, it will not be possible to make any change of address.

5.- Orders will be sent to their destination through a transport company, normally Correos, for which we will require all the necessary information to guarantee that the shipment arrives at its destination (name of the recipient, address, post code...).

6.- Special cases such as CANARY ISLANDS: Due to customs and logistical procedures, we have had to withdraw shipments to the Canary Islands.

EXCHANGES

Purchases made on our website may be exchanged for others within 5 calendar days of receipt. If the model for which you wish to exchange has a higher price, you will have to pay the difference.

RETURNS

Return period: 5 calendar days from receipt of order.

Cost of returns: 7.50€ within the Peninsula (Spain); 16€ for other countries.

All products will be accepted as long as they are in the same condition in which they were purchased and in their original box, properly packaged and protected. Remember that the box is part of your order and must reach us in the same condition in which it was sent (do not add any transport sticker or seal on the box, as this may alter the original state of the box and could affect your refund).
